Name	Harvey, Kelly B.
Biographical Summary	Kelly B. Harvey surveyed and platted the town of Trabue that would become Punta Gorda. In 1887, he was one of the leaders of the movement to incorpo- rate the City and change its name. Harvey was an accomplished musician who played an important part in the town’s first band and orchestra. He was a member of the first City Council and a President of the Board of Trade.
